  What You Need To Know: He is great at what he does! He addresses the issue and tells you what you need to do to stay out of the office. He is cost effective compared to other places. Even out of pocket cash payment is $50/visit. To some that might seem high, but he cares about his patient and is looking to make them better NOT to keep you coming back for a weekly paycheck. He is not a Dr. Palmer from off 1960 (when his practice was around). Why I Went: I was hurt on the job and then terminated because of the accident. Workers Comp said my back was fine from the xrays that were taken and sent me to physical therapy. The PT was helping but not like it should of so I went to Dr. Adkins to have him check me over out of my own pocket. A friend of the family recommended him. Upon his examination he determined my L4 vert. was subluxated. He made the adjustment and from that point forward my back started getting better. NOTE: If you don't take care of yourself and don't stretch like you are suppose to you will be coming back. Use proper lift techniques and stretch at least in the morning and once at night before bed.
