  Dr. Farbstein was excellent. Second appt we made we were told to go to Galleria office and given their address. We had never been there before---only went to the Heights office. So we go to the Galleria office and were told our appointment was at the Heights. Obviously the receptionist/scheduling person made a mistake but no one even attempted to apologize for the mix-up. This is a big negative in my book since we would never go to a new office unless we were told to go there (which we were). Receptionist at Heights was cold and rude, despite the fact that I just said "sorry we're late" (by 15 minutes) and nothing else. Whole office except for Dr. looked like they'd eaten a bad apple and were slow with paperwork and didn't communicate clearly. Dr. Farbstein was great---very kind, professional and quick.

  This place is terrible. From check-in to waiting for hours to see the doctor, I had a really bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and wish I checked the reviews before coming.

  Called to set an appointment, to this office: 1740 W 27th St #110, Houston, TX I must say I did not set an appointment after having talked to 4 different people all of which were obviously not very well mannered in any shape. the first answer of the phone was Hello, long pause after I introduced myself, and then she asked "Who Is this" and said please hold. a few minutes later I got another Hello Who is this, I again introduced myself and asked if it was possible to see doctor today if possible. got put on hold again without an explanation, and she came back about a minute later, indicated she was waiting on the doctor to come out of a consultation, and asked me to Hold, I waited about 5 to 10 minutes and a Man came on Phone with "Hello Who is this" I was at a loss and told the man that I was waiting on a young lady to get back to me about a response from doctor, he didn't let me finish, and a woman came on phone confusing me even more, with the same question "Hello Who is this" and I went trough the whole explanation again, and she said she was going to get back with doctor, and put me on hold for less then a minute and another Woman came on phone with "Hello Who is this" I tried to explain all of this again to that woman, and she said the doctor was busy and she would see if she could help me, told me to hold because there was only one computer working in the office and she had to go to it. was put on hold for another minute to two and another Woman answered the phone, with a fast simple " We can get you in Next Monday at 3 PM" at this point I have had enough of the rudeness from these folks, thy might have good doctors but their staff certainly do not know anything about customer service.... I will find another doctor,....

  Dr Farbstein amputated my right great toe on April 21,2015. His care and treatment both pre and post surgery was amazing. I had never had any kind of surgery before in my life and he was very sensitive to this and made sure all my questions were answered so fear was minimized. I would recommend him to anyone seeking the best in the business!
