Customer Reviews about Kline Glenn B MD
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Talk about arrogant. Today I was treated so rudely by this doctor that I will never go back. First he walked into the room with an attitude (I think he needs to take his medication). Secondly, he did a procedure on me that was not covered under my insurance (because the insurance, as well as I, deemed it unneccessary) and I have had numerous allergy doctors and none of them have ever done that procedure. He chastised me like a small child when I told him I thought my migraines had something to do with my sinus infection and proceeded to tell me that they had nothing to do with them and asked me if I was a doctor. He also told me he is not a nuerologist and would not prescribe migraine medicine. Then (Dr. Jeckl..Mr. Hide) gave me samples of migraine medicine (remember after telling me that he wouldn't prescribe it and that I couldn't be sure they were even migraines without a catscan.) Then when I go to check out they tell me I need to sign a form that explains the procedure he already did isn't covered and that if I have it done I'll be liable for the cost. Keep in mind he's already done the procedure and that the nurse told me he requires it. Then he has the audacity to walk out in front of his entire staff and patients sitting in the waiting room and ask me what's the big deal and tell me that if I'm not happy with his charges to go find another doctor to write my prescription and give me free medicine (which a) I didnt' ask for and b) was only 2 pills). Seriously! I think he's gotten old and out of touch to why he became a doctor. Unless the reason he did was just to make a buck. In that case, good luck keeping patients.December 14, 2016by A Google User
