  Dr. Barnett is absolutely amazing, but his front office staff are terrible. They scheduled my appointment under someone else for the wing time. I only caught it when I called back to confirm my appointment time. Then I get to the office no one is at the front to check me in and I was asked to arrive early to fill out new, updated paperwork. Almost an hour into my appointment, I ask can I get my paperwork so I can start fillling it out. At this point, I see, the lady was trying to get the other ladies who's appointment were ahead of mine caught up. Then, weeks after my appointment I get a bill in the mail, they never submitted my claim to insurance.

  This facility is unprofessional and the people that work there only come to collect a check they don't deserve. Dr. Barnett will lose alot of patience bc of Scarlet and Christina they have gave my wife hell and stressed her out so much at 23weeks pregnant. I recommended a new staff!

  My experience at Dr. Barnett's office was Great! The office manager Christina made me feel very comfortable she is very pleasant and kind I definitely will go back !!!!

  The WORSE experience EVER!!! I WENT to are this doctor to speak about my heavy bleeding, loss of energy, mood swings and recent weight gain of almost 30 pounds in a year(all likely due to my hormonal and fibroid issues). This doctor took a 25 second look at me and told me how morbidly obese I was at 5'6 , 248 pounds and that I was a liability!! I should 've stopped the appointment at that time and left, but I allowed him to do my pap smear, where he noted the fibroids. Nonetheless, no blood work ordered, no discussion after the exam, no nothing! I've never felt like a cheap date in my 48 years until I met this unprofessional THUG!
