  Friendliest service for pet owners. They genuinely care about their customers and their pets. Prices are more competitive than big box stores. Believe it or not, I found them cheaper than PetSmart (Kingwood) on food and some common toys. Mike Sullivan.

  My family and I went in to look around and after observing a middle aged woman with blonde shoulder length hair evil eyeing my partner up and down (he's hispanic by the way) we were greeted with no hello. I said hi and I received a completely condescending look with a forced "hi" from the same woman. It really irritated me that my partner wanted to buy some items from there, I had to force my partner and kids out of that store. We left and I politely said bye and recieved another primitive and unmannerly look from the same woman. We won't be spending our hard earned money there, no thank you! I will also be telling my friends and family to buy their pet supplies elsewhere in the future.
