- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪By far the worst experience. Please don't fall for the google reviews. Go on yelp and see those. This has a 1 star out of 5 on yelp. The doctor I had an appointment didn't even see me for the my visit because he was busy (why did they give me an appointment time then??) Later after my routine visit, I was to an office where they introduced me to Patricia who was supposed to explain the financials to me. They tried to ask me for a copay and later realized I didn't have to pay after I talked to my insurance company. Later after refusing to go for the deep filling and only requesting cleaning which my insurance fully covered, Patricia refused the service and said I have to pay 1k and get everything they want me to get. Extremely rude and shady service. They refused to give me my X-rays too which my insurance is paying for. I made the mistake of avoiding the yelp reviews. Worst service and pushy sales like attitude. UPDATE: I just received a call from the office after 2 weeks and they said they are ready to give me my Xrays (which my insurance company has paid for) without charging me. They asked me to take this review down but I am keeping it up to help people save time since I had to waste my day here and experience the "Used Car Sales" approach.January 25, 2017by Ali Qasim
