- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appointment that I was forced to commit to I was at work. I told her I would call her back to schedule she insisted that I make it right then. I ageeed. There was death in my family and I had to go out of town.. instead of them calling me as a reminder the day before... they called me the day of by...then I had already forgot about the appointment.. they wanted to charge me $50 for missed appointment.. this was only the second incident... the first one was when I went for a procedure and the dental assistant almost choked me to death with the suction tube...when I jumped the dentist said be still I could have cut you... instead of correcting her assistant.. this was the worst trip to the dentist ever... . Their equipment is not up to date like other offices... I do not recommend them!February 05, 2017by darnetta joseph
