  I recommend Tomy to everyone. He's a funny, laid back dentist who knows his job as well as anyone in the business. The staff are great too. The facility doesn't look like much from the outside, but is very nice inside.

  I called in to set an appointment for a regular teeth cleaning, and provided them all of my insurance information so that they would verify it before setting an appointment with them. The young lady took my information, on a Thursday of one week, and she set my appointment for that upcoming Monday, she calls me 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they do not take my insurance after all??? 10 MINUTES before my appointment, I took the morning off for this specific appointment she was not sympathetic for making the mistake of not actually completely verifying my insurance information until the day of my appointment. She said "I will make /a note of it" when I asked her that she should verify the clients information and it wasn't professional to set appointments to then call the morning of to cancel the appointment she made. I would not recommend any one. She had more than enough time to have checked and verified my information before hand. Then to call me, when I was on my way to my appointment.

  New to Houston and found West Houston Dental nearby, Very down to earth, kind and friendly employees. Always very honest and direct with advice and instruction. Never suggests unnecessary "preventative" costly treatment. Would HIGHLY recommend this dentist.
