- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I found West Oak Urgent Care online and went there because it was close to work. I liked being able to schedule an appointment online. I also liked being able to fill out all the forms online so I could do it from home instead of sitting in the waiting room. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was especially pleased with Dr. Emran. He listened carefully to what I had to say and thoroughly explained my options. I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated.
