  I'm still on the fence for this facility. My first time going there I was not very impressed. The nurse who usually does the check in process was very sick. I asked her if she was ok and said she thinks she has strep throat and says that she can't afford to stay home after I told her she shouldn't be here. I immediately walked out of the examination room and asked for a different nurse. My PA Aiesha was the one who ended up helping me. Due to all the fuss they forgot to take my vitals and asked me to come back after I had already left to do blood work. When I came back that same nurse that thinks she has strep and thinks it's OK to interact with patients was still there! I asked my PA Aiesha about it and was brushed off and was told "not sure why the nurse said that, she only has an upper respitory infection". I still think that nurse had absolutely no business interacting with patients in that condition. If she had to be there they should have had her doing work behind the scenes. It seemed like a chaotic mess and the staff and place seems very disorganized. I'm currently waiting for follow up from a sleep study I did. Once that is resolved I doubt that I will go back. Especially not if I had anything serious I wanted to get checked out.

  On Thursday, August 31, I had an appointment with Chris. When I arrived, the receptionist stated that Chris had 3 patients before me and asked if Aisha O'Dell could see me. Against my better judgement I said ok (I had seen her before and was very disappointed). After examination she stated that I might have pneumonia, but the X-ray tech was not there so I would need to come back the next day or week to see if I could get X-rays. I was able to get x-rays and a blood test on Friday, September 1. I left 2 messages this week for Aisha to call me and, after getting ugly on the phone she finally called me back today. All my results came back normal so she put off calling me back, but I'm still sick so now she is telling me that it MUST be viral and I need a z-pac. Ugh!!! I am so irritated with this office I don't think I can stand it anymore. I'm contemplating leaving the practice.

  Great doctors, nurses, ma's, pa's you name it. Everyone here is great and makes you feel comfortable. When I'm in pain they always take care of me. I have gone here for everything from stitches to x-rays. I definitely recommend going here. I dreaded going to hospitals or doctors until I found this practice. They run like a well oiled machine.

  Myself and my husband have been coming to this office for quite some time and I never really had any complaints about the service. However, I must say that this particular day changed that. The wait time was inexcusable very long. The reason being is that the 'rude' and I must add UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist failed to do her job. Even after realizing it she didn't own up to it. No apology, just ATTITUDE when I brought it to her attention about the extreme wait time. My husband's appointment was scheduled for 10:30a, we arrived at 10:20a, he didn't get called back until 11:25a. The customer service was completely awful!!! This is a profession where you're supposed to extend care and compassion, unfortunately the receptionist extended neither. Poor people skills and no professional etiquette!
