- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The level of customer service the staff, Lupe in particular, has is unacceptable. She proceeded to tell me that someone would call me into the back when she knew that that wouldnt because there was more forms she produced and even called me to ask if i had other forms. The wait time is long. Too long. I waited two hours total. Even when it was discovered that there was an error made by no fault of my own, i still had to wait all over again, in the long process.
