  got here and they tell me my sample is not right temperature.... ok I'll piss again then they pull a random person from the waiting room to watch me pull out my Penis like I'm somtype freak show....... where r the rights of the employee..... this company needs new staff training

  Took over 3 hours of wait time to do a DOT psychical, actual psychical was a joke, no machine for hearing test they just whispered to you from behind, doctor took literally 2 minutes to check me out, i don't get why they make you wait so long for this bs, i thought it was going to be thorough based on the wait time.

  Well right off the top, Yasmin, welcome made me feel like I know her. I told her why I was there and she got my info and double checked with supervisor and had me in system in about 5 mins, She was very courteous. The staff maintained such a high professionalism I was very confident in their ability. It took 23 min for my name to get to the back. The 1st nurse took my exam it was swift as any place I have ever been at. Actually I took longer to give a urine sample. The doc was done and everything. Lol they were waiting on me. One thing about you can't please everyone, but I am very strict about customer service and this place rocked. #I RECOMMEND. #5STAR.
