  I was referred to Dan Madeley from an associate who said Dan was a resourceful agent. For the first year or so I found this to be a true statement. Dan had lot of good suggestions and advice. I was considering to move all, or most of, our business and personal insurance to him over time. However, as time went on it became clear Dan was interested in signing up policies but couldn't or didn't want to assist in the management of those policies. At least not in the way all other providers we buy insurance from do. Granted we didn't have much insurance with him but this was a good trial period. I believe the real issue was he doesn't have a support team so he is good for really small account or policies that need no real adjustments over time. Our commercial policies have additions and deletions constantly as employees come and go, we add and delete equipment, trucks, etc.... When I pressed Dan on supporting our account it blow up with Dan yelling at me on the phone saying "you aren't money to me!...you are nothing!... good bye!"... needless to say we are happy we had this time to find out what he is able to do. so in a nutshell: he is good for small companies with very little needs or no needs but if you buy a lot of insurance and except your agent or agents company to support your firm you might want to try someone else.
