- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When this ER opened up on Wallisville road in the community they targeted low income families. Women, children and elders mostly on a fixed income receiving Medicaid government insurance. The workers came out to Northshore Meadows Apartments and also churches such as Northshore Community Fellowship of Faith Church. They recruited over 100 new patients under Medicaid. And once their name and position was established within the area they stopped accepting Medicaid and denying the Medicaid insurance. They used these families to establish their name and then turned their backs on them once they achieved their agenda. That's a horrible and unprofessional way to have developed your platform at this location. Use the less fortunate to build you up. Then cater to and service more fortunate. Sad.
