  The HEB is great. The Curbside pickup is horrible and has ruined my impression of this HEB. It started out great but at this point I don't even trust them. They sub stuff out with more expensive stuff that is I guess easier for them to find (I've checked the store after a substitution). I've also gotten berries with mold on them twice. My last visit resulted in missing $15 of groceries and a half hour wait. I called to complain the next day and they said they said they had the groceries but never contacted me. So we had to go back an get the missing groceries that were refunded. No refund of the $5 connivence fee. No attempt to make it right even after complaining to the main office of curbside. Seriously, go in, it's a little slower but you won't be potentially cheated out of your money and time and given back of the bin produce.
