- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my dog to their clinic for a neutering procedure. Great staff & service! The only thing I would have liked was a quicker response time from their online appointment service, which took them almost a month to reply. I understand they a busy facility, but when they suggest to make an appointment via online instead of calling them since it would be faster, I would expect a faster response time.
