- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to Dr Derman by a friend whose daughter was treated by him. I called the the offce/published number and left a voice mail (nobody answers the phone). It said to only leave only one message. I said it was urgent. After a week, I had NOT received a return call, so I called again and this time got the answering service. They apologized and took all my information and said someone would contact me asap. After 2 days, I still have NOT heard anything from them. This is not necessarily a reflection on Dr. Derman but it certainly reflects very poorly on his front office and their total lack of responsiveness. I went with another doctor and lost over a week in the process which I hope doesn't compound my problem.....September 10, 2017by Scott
