- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a 9:30 appointment for an annual physical. I arrived 15 mins early, as requested. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour (45 mins past my appt time) I was called back where the nurse took my vitals. I then proceeded to wait another hour! At 11:15, after waiting for 2 hours I left without being seen. No one could give me an answer as to when the doctor would be with me. It is unacceptable to make a patient wait for an hour and 45 minutes past their appointment time.October 03, 2017by Katie Gillott
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Scorbecea is a great doctor. I wish I could continue to use him, but the staff at the front and who ever is in charge of appointments not so much. I made an appointment and indicated that my insurance had changed. Noone contacted me to inform me that this insurance was now out of network. Had I known that I could've made an appointment with someone else and not wasted any time, but they didn't do that. Instead I wasted time and went to my appointment only to be told that I could be seen but it would cost between $300-$500 for a physical....a physical. Hopefully these people start to be proactive and concerned about customer service otherwise they may find themselves with fewer patients.July 15, 2017by The Harts
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of Kelsey-Seybold for over 15 years. I have found them to be caring and efficient. Having all the services under one roof is especially nice as is the ability to self refer to one of the specialists. I've never done that, but it is available. Getting into to see my family practice doctor can be done on short notice. I've never had a problem seeing him if I felt there was a problem that couldn't wait. The specialists however do take some time to get on the schedule. Some are booked out a month or so. I've had minimal wait times on my last few visits. I've never had a problem with billing. Since Blue Cross decided to sever their relationship with KS, I'm not sure what I will do. I haven't found another practice group in Houston that provides the services of KS in one location.July 14, 2017by John Donaho
