  Great staff, Dr. Zamirpour is an amazing doctor and great with children. My daughter needed stitches and they were great through the whole process. Thank you all at Kingwood Urgent Care.

  The doctor, and nurse here are amazing. They treated my three year old for a broken arm in 2016 and were so good with her. I was so afraid she would scream and cry because it was not a urgent care specialized in children, but she did great. However, today we went back and the receptionist was unfriendly, and rude. We had a problem with a previous bill from 2012 (they said I owed $25 copay. But at the time my visit they said they waived the copay since I was doing one of their programs). I had called up there when I got the bill and tried to explain it and they said they would note it on the account. When I tried to explain what had happened five year ago the receptionist tells me they have never had a doctor work their by that name. She get another very unfriendly lady to come from the back and talk to me and she confirms that the doctor I mentioned did in fact use to work there. It was very embarrassing and degrading for the staff to talk to me about my previous bill in front of the waiting room for everyone to hear. If the receptionist had tried to be understanding instead of acting like I was a liar I might not have been so upset. There are many many urgent cares in Kingwood/humble and I will be going to them if I need medical care. I will not go back to this clinic, and neither will my family.
