- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Caregivers were great! However I am a bit suspicious of billing methods. Requirement for estimate payment upfront prior to surgery. In my case it hit my out of pocket. Surgery was 3 weeks ago, still no claim, however other bills from the surgery (Anethesia, Pathology) have come in reducing what is left on my out of pocket for the year. Thereby MH now will have to provide a credit back to me for the difference.January 22, 2017by Robert Kessler
