  Working with Dr. Smith has been a horrible experience. The office staff is unprofessional, inconsiderate and uninviting. I would never recommend this office to anyone. There is always an issue with scheduling appointments. Their late days are Thursdays, but if you schedule after 6:00pm the building that their office is located in will be locked. They don't notify their patients of the building hours. They don't answer their office phone even during normal business hours. The office equipment is not up to date. Whenever I requested an ultrasound Dr. Smith seemed very irritated and inconvenienced. Again, I would never recommend this office to anyone.

  I've been going to Dr.Smith since I was 14 and now I'm 20. I have no complaints , everything is very organized to from the beginning of the appointment at the reception desk to the end when you check out.

  Dr. Smith is truly a gem. She puts you at ease and really takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. She is gentle, knowledgeable and really personable! I love the fact that she has longer hours on Thursday's. you don't have to leave work during the day. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant.

  Unfortunately, I have to agree with the poor quality of service for this provider. I was initially very pleased with Dr. Smith's personality and the way she took time to explain things, however I have had several billing issues with this office and after my initial visit with Dr. Smith, she has seemed hardly even present in the conversation when I'm explaining a concern. Each time I come for an appointment, I wait well beyond my appointment time (when I arrive early) and each time I check in I'm told I owe more from the previous appointment (when I've already paid the balance due), without a sufficient explanation as to why. I finally requested an itemization of my billing and saw that on at least one occasion I was charged twice for a pregnancy test for the same visit. The communication is sorely lacking at this office, and I would not trust this office to meet my needs for a pregnancy or really anything else.
