- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have tried for three days to make an appointment for an ultrasound. The first day, I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I went online, and filled out a form for someone to call me. No one did. The second day, I called, and gave my information to a person who told me that someone would call me back. They did not. The third day, I called, and made an appointment, but the location was not given. I called back and reached a competent scheduler who gave me a better time and at the location that I preferred.
