  Been waiting for 2 weeks to get a medicine refill for my daughter. Walgreens keeps sending over a PA to the clinic for them to fill out. Instead of them reaching out to me to inform me that the insurance does not cover the medication I had to reach out to them. Come to find out they didn't have her new in Insurance on file that was the hold up. While speaking with Andrea we get disconnected. I waited a few seconds to see if she would call me back and she did NOT. So I had to reach out to them AGAIN.. I apologized and told her I didn't know what happened to our last call and she stated that she hung up because she couldn't hear me! Okay so if you hang up cuz you can't hear me why don't you call me back and finish our conversation. After calling and speaking with Andrea the second time she stated she would take care of it three days went by with no phone call. Put a call in again to speak with the nurse and Trina calls me very argumentative very rude with a major attitude. The only reason why I visit this location is because I like the Dr my daughter sees as far as the nurses they are rude they always act like you are bothering them and they very argumentative. My daughter was getting two allergy shots twice a week for about 2-3 months and was to continue getting them at the clinic for the next four years but my daughter felt so uncomfortable getting her shots from the nurses because they always seemed upset or frustrated that she chose not to get her shots there anymore. So sad the Dr loses his patience because his staff can't get it together.
