- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a horrible experience with my closing at Stewart Title. Specifically, I had requested to see copies of all closing documents prior to closing so that I could make sure there were not any errors. One of the documents was not sent to me prior to closing and did not contain language that my real estate attorney had advised should be included. I was very upset about this and the manager Bob Greenburg was incredibly rude to me and my husband and did not offer to fix it. We were basically forced to go through with the closing with incorrect documents because we had to move out of our old house. I am currently pregnant and was so upset by the treatment that I received by Bob that I cried throughout the entire closing. In addition to having incorrect documents, the whole experience was traumatizing due to the rude treatment by Bob. I would advise any home buyer or seller to use a different title company. I used Alamo Title Company to sell my old house and they were very professional and friendly.June 13, 2017by Jennifer Johnson
