- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband saw a pain mgmt dr for 8 yrs in Indiana. He saw the doctor every 3 months because he is long term pain mgmt. We moved to Texas and were referred to this clinic. I have never dealt with such a nightmare in my life! Not only do you have to visit monthly, but you don't even see your doctor at the visit. Someone walks in, tells you they'll send your prescription to the front, then sets another appt. $55.00 a month just to get a prescription (with my insurance) then I pay for the scripts themselves. That's ridiculous. Not to mention on several of the visits we waited 2+ hours to be seen for a 2 second visit. They have gone through 3 secretaries in the year we have gone there and each one screws up the cost of his copay. I've had to have the same referral from my primary dr sent to their office 3 separate times because someone didn't put it in their computer. Very dissatisfied! Long wait times, disorganized, and you feel like a herd of cattle. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I did not give one star is because several members of the staff are friendly & nice, but that has nothing to do with good healthcare. Stay away!!July 02, 2017by Jennifer Dixon
