  Terrible service, they do not care about their patients. I made an appointment for my daughter who has fractured her wrist and needed to be seen by an orthopedic doctor asap. I asked specifically for the Lakewood Crossing location as I live close by, the lady even gave me direction to get to the lakewood crossing location. But when I get there I was told that I m not even scheduled for this location, actually the doctor my daughter was scheduled with, never comes to that location. On top of the mistake on their side they can not even accommodate my daughter with any other doctor at this location on the same day. I do not recommend this place at all, and advise everyone to go little further down south to KSF orthopedic center at methodist willow brook hospital to get quality services.

  Worst wrist specialist ever. I mean the doctor has no clue what the heck is he doing. A minor wrist fracture has turned into a real nightmare because of his lack of knowledge. Do not visit this clinic at all go to a five star place. Day and night difference. Hopefully is not too late to save my wrist.
