  Please save your time and money to stay away! It's been one year that we finally acknowledged how rude and irresponsible these staffs at this location could be. Tax service, car insurance, staff attitude are a FEW problems that we met with this office. First of all, my sister files her tax here for 2015 with an employee, but until now, she hasn't received her state tax refund yet! (she was in another state on 2015, that's why she had to file federal and state tax). We try to call her several times and come to their office, but all we get is silence. CAR INSURANCE WAS A JOKE! This guy named MICHAEL TRAN gave my mom a premium which is pretty high, so she decided to make payment, then she canceled it. The interesting thing is even though she canceled the car insurance before the new month payment (she called them), this agent still charged her the full amount of $145 next month that she didn't use at all. Of course, she didn't pay for it, so this agent decided to contact the DEBT COLLECTION to collect $145 (how funny is that). My mom called them, they say that was their fault, and they will take it off. Yeah, they didn't, they still send letters to my mom until NOW. There was also that one lady who is always wearing nice tight dress, really strong accent, come and talk to us like we are uncivilized human. She treats us with a meaningful voice, a rude attitude like commanding us to go home. Funny thing is all the employee around just quiet and didn't want to help me at all. I swear I am trying to be nice, but her attitude just slapped on my face!

  In order to terminate my policy I had to work with the "local" agent. I called the local agent and was put on hold with Lady Gaga blasting away. Thankfully Ms. Tran wasn't gone for too long. She informed me that I had to go in and sign papers (she's in Houston, I'm in Austin). I told her I would prefer another method, perhaps mail or email. She said I can do that too and proceeded to give me her personal email address. I didn't trust her information so I called the 800 number and was told I had to work with her and they gave me her "official" allstate email and address. I will definitely follow up in a few days. It's unfortunate that customers are forced to use lousy service.
