- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a customer for 7 years and I have tried to make a payment since Monday 10/11/17. The Guy that keeping answering the phone keeps putting me on hold. I called Monday 10/11/17 on hold 25 minutes , Tuesday 10/12/17 on hold 18 minutes , Wednesday/11/17 on hold 27 minutes and still wanted to put me on hold.
