- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Signed up for auto billing and set the 1st payment to start on 3-11-15. Noticed that the payment has not been taken from our acct yet and called this morning to see what is going on. Talked to someone in billing who told me that I signed up for auto billing after the policy renewal had been sent out. So the auto billing will not apply to the 1st payment, that it will only apply to future payments. This is something that needs to be mentioned when people sign up for auto billing and not something that is learned when you call to find out why the payment did not auto bill. Now I have to mail a check which will take time to get there making our payment even later thru no fault of our own.
