  I was treated by Dr. Ali @ KMC and was quite satisfied. I called 10/19 for a follow up 10days later. I was told that the next available is 12/22/17 and that my bill needed to be paid in full prior to being scheduled. After informing the call taker that i have not recieved a bill she said "A bill was sent out on the 16th" this was 3 days later in the earlier hours if the day. I asked about a refill as the next possible appt day was 2 months later and was told that i need to be seen for a refill. I asked how i need to ween myself off of this medication as clearly i won't make it to 12/22 with a month worth of meds. I gave 2 stars as the Dr is good. Her practice it horrible. I have never heard of anyone in any industry (excluding adult entertainment) requiring a zero balance for an further service treatment. Looks like I am finding another Dr.
