- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE!!! Very Unprofessional! He was 2 1/2 hours late!!! If a patient is late, they charge you and in some cases won't see you. We had to leave for another appointment after 3 hours of waiting. The patients time is just as important as Dr. Lipsky's.
