  Amazing experience, they have a great variety of animals and all of them are very taken care of. earlier today i bought a sugar glider from them, she is very tame and adventurous. She is warming up to me already. The staff are very knowledgeable about the animals they sale. I'm an animal lover i thought ive seen every animal, but boy was i wrong they literally have everything. This place is the best and i will be shopping here again. Thank you S & S exotics for my awesome sugar glider!

  Let me tell you, don't let the abundance of reptiles and mammals trick you into thinking this exotic pet shop is any good at all. I went to them thinking that since they've been around for a while that they would have experience in caring and providing me with a good new pet. I was WRONG. I purchased a Brazilian Rainbow Boa about three months old at a pet show from a nice gentleman who was currently manning the booth. I was able to feed it once, then it stopped eating, followed by the occurrence of a respiratory infection. Under the impression that something needed to be done, I called the shop and talked to the same person I bought the snake from. He advised me to slightly change the living conditions and it would be fine. I changed them and a week went by with no improvements. I called once again and talked to the owner. She told me that I COULD bring the young reptile to the vet, but she said that she didn't recommend it. With this advise I allowed the snake to live in the current environment for another five to seven days with no improvements still. Enough was enough and I brought her in to get checked out. The vet informed me that on top of the respiratory infection, she also had a small mite infestation. Guess what else? She also had stomach protozoa which was causing her weakness and lack of appetite. The vet treated her and said that this wasn't the first time he had seen animals from S&S in poor health. He told me that numerous people had come in with reptiles and mammals both with parasites of different sorts. Unfortunately, in the car ride home the small reptile passed. I called S&S and to my surprise, they replaced the snake. This snake still had mites though. All in all, this exotic pet shop should not be trusted. They keep their animals in foul conditions and supply sick animals. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.
