- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went here about a year ago. Worst experience ever. First off I have never been to physical therapy before and this place didn't tell me what I needed to bring or how to appropriately dress. Well my appt was before work and I work in an office so I was semi-dressed up and my long long hair was down. I get there and the girl "helping" me has this nasty look on her face and is not welcoming whatsoever. She starts by asking me questions and as I try to answer in a friendly, smiley way she just writes stuff down and makes no expression and is just so rude the entire time. Then we get to the physical aspect and she asks me to put my hair up. I didn't have a hair tie and so SHE HANDS ME A PENCIL!!!! I look at it like "what the heck do you want me to do with that?!" (My hair is so thick and full 5 pencils couldn't even hold it up) so she literally rolls her eyes at me and tries to help me. Well the entire time I just wanted to run out of there.
