- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The one star is due to the poor service offered by the front and the back office, the long wait time, the lack of responsiveness of the payment department and not for the doctor. I have been bringing my daughter to Dr. Zietz for 8 years and during each visit I decided to give this office more time to improve their service. But looks like it is not going to happen. Today the front office collected the payment from me before even the doctor saw my daughter. From the symptoms I described over phone the front desk lady already decided which tests to do!
