- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst bed side manner from a Dr ever!!! If you ever want someone to belittle you or make you feel like you don't matter this is the place for you! She talked down to me and threw her "medical school experience" in my face when I asked her a simple question. She did nothing for me but take my money. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I do not recommend seeing Dr. Tracy Carter. I've had a few doctors from the Kelsey seybold- Vintage location, and they are all fairly caring but, by far she has to be the rudest. First of all, I went in there to take an annual physical and to complain about pain in my head and neck area. She did nothing for me, except cut me off from talking and was belittling me with her pamphlet. She will talk to you like you don't understand anything (Mind you I'm certifying in surgical tech so I have a good idea of what she was talking about) and rush you out the door.
