  The wait was super long for no reason. Plus, I feel he was trying to con me into other services that was not required. I pretty much just paid $40 for a 10 minute talk without help. I went to another ENT and was helped in 15 minutes, without a hearing test, CT scan and blood work for a hearing impairment issue. Additionally, the facility looks low budget and dirty. I should of took a picture of the brown filth that was on their pink patient room walls.

  Satellite office is always opening late. They do get patients through very quickly though. I gave a 1 because of my REPEATED frustration with the office staff and Doctor arriving late. Patient time is JUST as valuable as physician time.
