  Amazing service! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr. Parker was very friendly and professional. She was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend this dermatologist.

  I tried to see Krystal Trevino for regular facials, but it became too much of a beat down. I probably saw her 4 times in all. She was a good aesthetician, but other factors led me to jump ship. 1) Nigro cancelled 2 of my appointments with her (illness). I was notified of one of those cancellations when I reached the check-in desk. It would have been nice to have received a phone call or an email or both letting me know. 2) Your best shot at getting another appointment is to make it as you're leaving your last. Otherwise you are probably going to play phone tag with her scheduler, Sonia. You can't make an appointment with Krystal through anyone else but Sonia. Sonia is the gate keeper and thoroughly disinterested in the value of your time (as is the rest of the reception staff at Nigro). Would be convenient to make an appointment online, but Nigro has yet to hurdle that Herculean capability. You can't always reach Sonia during normal business hours, but rest assured she will call you back. Days later. Heaven help you if you aren't available when she calls you back because you'll be left to donkey dance with her as you play phone tag. 3) Your appointment reminder email may say 9:30 a.m. but do not be surprised if you wait 45 minutes passed your time slot. The receptionist assured me this was completely normal.
