  My grandmother has been a patient at this facility for the better part of three weeks. The nurses are always timely and polite when called. The doctors are informed and informative. The level of care is excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a seriously ill relative and I hope that I will receive the same level of care when I might need it.

  I wish if I can give this place a MINUS 5 , I really don't how this establishment is still in business?? Please don't punish your love ones by sending them to this place, they either gonna end up dead or dad

  They bathe patients once a week because that's the way things are done. If you want daily baths you have to settle for towel baths. They are not paying attention to patient needs. They spend way too much time playing around with each other and not doing your job. If you are diabetic and arr there for wound care, well dont expect to get your dressings change daily they dont have time. Honestly service is bad, they dont clean the room. They dont want to change the sheets on the bed. I dont understand their way of doing things. My father needs antibiotics every 24hrs, nurse got mad because she had to bathe him so she took him off the antibiotics, didnt want to replace the dressing said night nurse would do it, she didnt either. Its sad how mad the medical industry has fallen. So sad. Honestly if i could do 0 stars i would. Spoke to case manager but that didnt get anything done. Maybe if i report them it will...this is just me venting.
